Yes, Winter has set in, at last!
Last year, by December 1st, we had about 12 or 13 days of snow (if I remember correctly).This year I was skeptical about whether Winter will actually come to Windsor. This city is famous for its warm weather in the entire Canada! To my surprise, its minus 3 degree C right now on Mercury and minus 8C with the wind factor.
